Bathroom rule #84: Using a stall to pee in the men's room is discouraged, unless all urinals are occupied, in which case an effort must be made to minimize noise. However, use of the stall to pee is prohibited at all times for users over 6'8″, who, while standing in the stall, may easily glance over the wall of the stall to observe users in the neighboring stalls.
